Belek is Türkiye's golf capital, home to more than a dozen championship courses including Montgomerie Maxx Royal and Carya. Most first tees are a 5–15 minute drive from the villa, so you can play in the morning, be back at the pool by lunch.
Kilometres of wide, sandy Blue Flag beaches line the coast, a fifteen-minute stroll or barely two minutes by car. Warm, calm sea from May to late October makes Belek ideal for families and long swimming seasons.
The Land of Legends theme and water park, one of the region's biggest attractions, is ten minutes from the villa. Add ancient Aspendos and Perge, or a day trip to Antalya's old town, Kaleiçi.
July and August bring peak summer heat, June and September the perfect balance of warm sea and quieter courses. Spring and autumn are golf's high season, and even winters stay mild and sunny, making the villa a year-round retreat.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you arrive earlier or leave later, let us know: we are happy to accommodate you whenever the villa's schedule allows.

The 8 × 4 m pool sits in the villa's own walled 500 m² garden and is exclusively yours, never shared with other guests. The pool is not heated; thanks to the Mediterranean climate the water stays pleasantly warm from late May until well into October.
To keep the villa comfortable for all guests, including those with allergies, we are unfortunately unable to accept pets.
The villa is strictly non-smoking indoors. You are welcome to smoke outdoors on the terraces and in the garden, where ashtrays are provided.
Very much so. A baby cot and high chair are available on request at no extra charge, and the walled garden gives children space to play safely. As with any private pool, small children should always be supervised around the water.
Antalya Airport (AYT) is around thirty minutes away and we gladly arrange a private transfer for you on request. Shops and restaurants are about five minutes from the villa and the beach is walkable, so a car is convenient for day trips but not essential.
